in-store collateral for global retail partners including Nordstrom, Sephora, Blushbar, and Ulta. Supported visual merchandising team by placing approved creative into fixture and gondola graphics, adjusting die-lines to fit products, organizing assortments, and highlighting key panels for optimal in-store presentation.

Collaborated with the Design and Strategy teams to create client brand guidelines and finalize logos. Ensured the Keynote brand guide file and any files to deliver to a client are buttoned up, clean, proper color implemented, correct type usage, and adhere to the rules created specifically for the brand. Ability to convert brand guides produced in Keynote to PowerPoint while maintaining the aesthetics of the elements/design of the Keynote, for clients more comfortable with PowerPoint. Assisted the design team with choosing Pantone colors for the brand guide and provided CMYK/Hex/RGB breakdowns. Reiterated branded design assets in digital and print layout programs and placed them in the brand guide so the client understands how assets should render and maintain the integrity of their branded communications. Consulted in best practices and processes to optimize workflow.

I had the privilege of collaborating closely with the Senior Designer on the captivating Propel x Michael B. Jordan campaign, where my focus was on astute asset management. With precision, I resized approved creative materials, meticulously tailoring them to an array of OOH digital kiosks scattered across the cities of Los Angeles, Detroit, and Houston. My work ensured that the campaign's creative essence, including colors, gradient overlays, and imagery resolution, remained consistent. In addition, I played a role in the Klarna X Instacart campaign. I laid out imagery and copy that enveloped a tourist bus in the bustling streets of Chicago, and I also assisted with various social media assets.

Built a studio team (digital and print production team) from the ground up to support both the Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Factory brand’s design teams. Created a final proofing process on Basecamp to ensure that assets are final approved by the appropriate teams depending on the type of asset, for instance, the copy team, credit team, merch team, legal team, brand team, and the team that owns the asset, i.e. email team, site team, etc. to ensure all assets are accurate and without errors when seen on their platform. Managed the studio team and established guidelines between the design team/studio team as well as cross-functional teams for seamless production of omni-channel assets such as print, email, site, social and digital media. Worked closely with print production, visual team, and cross-functional teams to maintain guidelines/processes up to date and accommodate changing workflows. Approved color drawdowns and hardcopy proofs for print assets.
Hybrid in print and digital production. While managing the studio team, simultaneously took on high-level print/digital projects for the reiteration of different sizes, file prepping, final proofing, and final release. Part of the small team to launch the Loyalty Program across all brands and ensure all print/digital assets are cohesive, prepped for production, final proofed, and released: Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Factory, Loft, Loft Outlet, and Lou&Grey.
